While mom and dad are busy soaking in all the information in their own sessions and browsing the Exhibit Hall, let your kids attend their very own convention, with activities geared just for them, led by trusted CHEA volunteers with years of experience.
We can't help but be surrounded in the sporting world by great athletes and champions of every kind of sport. In the Team Jesus Olympic Child Con, children meet some great Bible people who show us what it takes to be Real Champions. They may learn about Caleb, who ran with his faith; the servant girl, who lifted the weight of others; Joseph, who exercised forgiveness; Andrew, who listened to the coach; and Timothy, who trained more athletes. Your child will experience engaging lessons, exciting games, and interactive activities.
Child Con is available on Friday and Saturday for children aged 4-12. Registration prices vary based on the number of days and when you register. Please note your choices and register your child(ren) when you register for your Family Registration for the Convention as a whole.

No lunch is provided. Children will need to be picked up for lunch at 11:30 a.m. and returned at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. For Saturday, the lunch break will be 12:40 - 1:45 p.m. We will serve snacks once or twice a day, so please note any allergy issues when you register. If you prefer, you may send snacks with your child to be eaten during the snack times.
Children should be checked in and out of Child Con at Fellowship Hall. Check-in, and Registration if available, opens at 8:30 a.m. on Friday and 8:15 a.m. on Saturday. Children must be picked up at the conclusion of the day (Friday at 6:10 and Saturday at 6:20 p.m.) If your children are not pre-registered for Child Con, please visit Child Con Check-in and Registration. At-the-door registration may be available as space allows, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each child attending Child Con must have a completed medical release form when checking in for the first time at Child Con. You will need to provide a printed and signed copy before you can leave your child(ren) at Child Con. A link to the form will be provided as the event date approaches.
If a sibling (16 or over) or adult volunteers for all of Child Con, you will receive a free Child Con registration for one child, as well as a free Family Registration. Please contact the CHEA office (cheainfo@cheaofca.org) if you would like to take advantage of this offer.
