HOPE is a PSP (Private Satellite Program) for families who wish to educate their students at home. HOPE is non-classroom based. Parents are the teachers and they decide which curriculum works best for their children (although guidance is available if needed). HOPE files the affidavit each year and maintains each child's academic files. Parents submit courses of study and grades/attendance reports.
